1. Nature of the service
ZENX is a permissionless, EVM-compatible blockchain operated on a Proof-of-Authority validator set. The Site provides an explorer, a wallet interface, a decentralized exchange interface, a cross-chain bridge interface and an airdrop claim interface. The Site does not custody funds, hold private keys, or act as an exchange or broker. All transactions execute directly on-chain through smart contracts and are final once sealed in a block.
2. Eligibility & compliance
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not located in a jurisdiction where use of blockchain networks, tokens, or the Site is prohibited. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax and reporting obligations. The ZENX token and related assets are utility tokens of the network; nothing on the Site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities, nor financial, legal or investment advice.
3. Wallet & keys
Interactions are initiated from your own wallet. You are responsible for safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases and passwords. ZENX can never recover them. Any transaction you sign and broadcast is your decision and is irreversible once confirmed. Never share your private key with anyone claiming to represent ZENX — we will never ask for it.
4. DEX, bridge & airdrop use
- DEX: Swaps execute against on-chain liquidity with the displayed quote; slippage and price impact apply. Liquidity providers accept impermanent-loss and smart-contract risk.
- Bridge: Locked assets are released or minted by the relayer based on on-chain events. Transfers typically complete in seconds to minutes but may be delayed. Fees and per-transaction limits are published on the interface and on-chain.
- Airdrop: Claims are one per eligible wallet. The claim is a contract interaction; failed claims (e.g. already claimed) do not consume your tokens.
5. No warranties
The Site, its interfaces, RPC endpoints and all smart contracts are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Smart-contract code is public and audited only to the extent disclosed; use it at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of ZENX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, tokens or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or the network, including hacks, exploits, bugs, forks, failed transactions, price volatility, or inability to access funds. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Site in the preceding 12 months (which is zero for standard public use).
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to disrupt the network or its nodes; abuse the public RPC beyond fair use (see the rate-limiting policy); deploy or propagate malware or phishing; misrepresent the network; or use the network for activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. We may throttle or block access to the Site and public endpoints to protect the network.
8. Changes & termination
These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for operational or security reasons; on-chain assets are never affected by such action.
9. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be addressed by contacting us; unresolved disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the operator's registered location. Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
