Privacy Policy

What the zenx.network site collects and why — and what is permanently public by design.

1. The short version

ZENX is a public blockchain. The site does not require an account, does not store your private keys, and does not sell personal data. We collect only what is needed to operate and protect the service: routine server logs and, if you contact us, whatever you choose to send.

2. What is inherently public

Blockchains are public by design. When you interact with the network, your wallet address, transaction history, token balances and any data you place on-chain are visible to everyone — including through our explorer and third-party explorers — and are not personal data under our control. We cannot delete on-chain data.

3. Data we collect

4. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or full transaction payloads beyond what logs capture; we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the site; we do not build marketing profiles from wallet activity.

5. How data is used & shared

Logs are used to operate, secure and rate-limit the public RPC and site. We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of the network and its users. Infrastructure is hosted on our own servers (see Network Status); no third-party data processors are used for this site.

6. RPC & wallets

Requests to the public RPC are subject to the rate-limiting policy and may be throttled based on IP. Wallet connections are peer-to-peer between your browser and your wallet provider; the site never sees your private keys.

7. Cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies. Essential local storage (wallets/preferences) stays in your browser and can be cleared at any time.

8. Your choices & rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under applicable data-protection law), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Contact us via the Contact page; we respond within a reasonable time. Erasing on-chain history is technically impossible and outside these rights.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
